are there volunteer opportunities?
Back The Blue has fundraising opportunities for those interested. These include; donations of dog food, reward toys and also items to be auctioned at events.
How are the donations allocated?
Donations are distributed based current needs communicated to us by the handlers.
Do you only provide support for local law enforcement agencies?
Our primary focus is the currently Colorado. We have had some requests for assistance from Nebraska and Missouri.
Will i receive a charitable donation receipt?
We will provide a form for your records. We are a 501c3 organization.
If my business does an event for Back The Blue K-9 Force, will the Officers/Deputies and their K-9 attend?
If there is not a current emergency in the community, they work very hard to attend the events. It is very important to them to get to know the people in the community.
